How to request a refund
Your order is processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to look up your order.
- Open the order and follow the prompts to request a refund or cancel the subscription.
- Or, contact us via the contact page with your order email and the date of purchase, and we will help arrange the refund with Paddle.
Refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will keep Pro access through the end of your current paid billing period and will not be charged again. Cancellations alone are not refunds — if you would also like a refund for the most recent charge, follow the steps above within the 30-day window.
